After only 4 years after its inception, my company had become one of the leaders in its industry in the US and Canada. It had over 6 branches in the major cities in these countries. This growth had seen it earn high profits which catered for all its expenses including rent. However, rising rent rates and the bad economy contributed to a decrease in net profits.
